twentynine.io Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of twentynine.io, including its games, account features and Bitcoin wallet. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to twentynine.io. Contact us at [email protected].
1 Your agreement and eligibility
Before creating an account, you must confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement, agree to these Terms and the AML Policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to the rules applicable to the features you use. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about any remaining wallet balance.
You must be at least 18 years old, meet any higher minimum age applicable to you, and be legally permitted to use the particular service where you are located. Do not use the site on behalf of another person, misrepresent your eligibility or bypass a restriction. Availability of the website does not mean every feature is permitted everywhere.
2 Supported cryptocurrency
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. We may add support for other cryptocurrencies in the future. Any additional cryptocurrency will be supported only after we announce it and enable the corresponding deposit and withdrawal options in the Wallet. We do not guarantee that a particular coin will be added or provide a launch date unless expressly announced.
Send funds only using the asset, network and address shown in your Wallet. An announcement about a future cryptocurrency does not make it safe to send that cryptocurrency to a Bitcoin address. Additional assets may have different fees, minimum amounts and confirmation requirements, which will be disclosed before use.
Bitcoin amounts may be displayed in bits: 1 BTC = 1,000,000 bits; 1 bit = 100 satoshis. Bits are a unit of Bitcoin, not a separate cryptocurrency. The Wallet shows your Bitcoin balance, reserved amounts and transaction history.
3 Your account and security
Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or contain abusive material. Keep your account for your own use and do not share, sell or transfer access. Do not create additional accounts to bypass an exclusion, restriction or enforcement decision.
A username alone is not a secure recovery method. Before depositing or withdrawing, you must set a password and enable an authenticator. Keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes secure. You may add and verify an optional email address for password recovery and account notifications. Password reset links expire and can be used once. Resetting a password signs out existing browser sessions and does not remove an enabled authenticator.
Each withdrawal requires your password and a current authenticator code. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will not ask you to email your password, authenticator code, recovery codes, private keys or seed phrase. These responsibilities do not remove any rights you have concerning a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
4 No KYC
We do not perform Know Your Customer identity verification, and we will never ask you to submit KYC documents. This includes passports, national identity cards, driving licences, identity selfies and proof-of-address documents. Do not send these documents to us.
Password and authenticator checks protect access to an account; they are not identity verification. No KYC does not mean that transactions are anonymous, that all activity is permitted, or that applicable law can be ignored.
If a legal requirement cannot be met without identity verification, the affected service must be restricted or discontinued under this policy. Any remaining funds must be handled as required by law. We do not use a demand for KYC documents as a condition for releasing an otherwise lawful withdrawal.
5 Bitcoin deposits
Send only Bitcoin on the Bitcoin mainnet to the deposit address displayed in your signed-in Wallet. Check the address and network carefully. Other assets, other networks and Lightning payments are not supported by that address. Recovery of an unsupported transfer may be impossible.
An ordinary deposit is credited after one Bitcoin confirmation, once our system observes and records it. A transaction seen without a confirmation is not yet credited. Newly mined Bitcoin remains subject to its additional network maturity requirement. The sending wallet or service may charge its own fee.
A confirmation count is not a promise that the blockchain can never reorganize. A chain reorganization, conflicting transaction or accounting inconsistency can require payment processing to pause while records are reconciled. Any correction must reflect the actual transaction history; we will not treat an unexplained balance adjustment as a penalty.
Deposit notifications are a convenience. They may appear after the Wallet refreshes and depend on your browser and sound settings. Your Wallet activity is the record to check if you did not see or hear a notification.
6 Withdrawals and fees
You may request withdrawal of your available Bitcoin balance without first playing games or meeting a wagering requirement. Enter a supported Bitcoin mainnet destination that you are entitled to use, and check the amount and address before confirming.
The withdrawal review shows the recipient amount and the maximum network fee you authorize. The fee is charged in addition to the recipient amount. Your available balance must cover both. On acceptance, that total is reserved and cannot be spent through another withdrawal.
Most withdrawals may be processed automatically. Some withdrawals may take longer or require manual review and approval before they are sent. A request may remain pending while a necessary manual review is completed. Manual approval does not involve requesting KYC documents. Automatic processing and immediate payment are not guaranteed.
Any review must be proportionate. Contact [email protected] if you need an update. A pending request is not a completed payment. A temporary shortage of available Bitcoin does not cancel your entitlement to the balance or allow us to keep it as revenue.
Bitcoin used to fund withdrawals currently requires at least three confirmations. This is separate from the one-confirmation deposit credit rule. A newly credited deposit can therefore appear in your balance before the corresponding Bitcoin is available to fund a withdrawal.
After broadcast, the Wallet shows the transaction identifier. Outgoing settlement completes after three confirmations; any unused fee allowance then returns to your available balance. Network conditions, fee levels and service interruptions affect timing, so there is no guaranteed processing or confirmation time.
Accepted requests currently have no self-service cancellation or fee-change function. Contact us promptly if you believe you made a mistake, but do not assume a request can be changed or stopped. Once broadcast, a Bitcoin transaction cannot be reversed by us. Do not submit a new withdrawal simply because an earlier request is still pending.
We will not introduce a new game payout limit to reduce an already accepted wallet withdrawal. Any applicable transaction limits and charges must be disclosed before you authorize a new request. A lawful restriction or binding order may still prevent a transfer.
7 Custody and Bitcoin risk
The Wallet is custodial: we control the keys used to process its Bitcoin transactions. You do not receive a separate private key for your account. A displayed balance is an account record, not a guarantee of immediate blockchain settlement.
Bitcoin prices can change substantially. We do not promise a dollar value, interest or investment return. Do not treat a website balance as a bank deposit or assume it has deposit insurance or statutory protection. Service failure, loss of access, security incidents and insolvency can affect your ability to recover funds. These disclosures do not excuse obligations imposed on us by law.
8 Game rules and interruptions
The rules and choices shown for each game explain its outcomes, deadlines and available modes. Read them before joining. Only features enabled on the website are available; these Terms do not activate a game mode or payment feature by themselves.
Where a game accepts a monetary stake, the applicable stake, fees, payout calculation and limits must be disclosed before you commit to it. An accepted wager is governed by the rules and limits in force when it was accepted. Later changes must not retrospectively reduce a valid entitlement. Withdrawals are based on the available balance recorded in your Wallet.
No game outcome or profit is guaranteed. Where you choose to stake money, use only an amount you can afford to lose, set your own limits and stop if play causes financial or personal difficulty.
Some games continue after a player disconnects and apply automatic actions when a turn expires. A loss of connection does not necessarily cancel a round. We may correct a demonstrated technical error using the recorded game state, but a correction must not be an arbitrary change to a legitimate result.
Fairness tools can help you check the consistency of completed game records. They do not guarantee a win or independently establish every aspect of operator conduct, timing, action authorship or freedom from collusion.
9 Acceptable conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, stolen funds or any other unlawful activity. Do not exploit faults, interfere with accounts or infrastructure, manipulate outcomes, collude, use unauthorized automation, harass others or publish another person's private information.
Report a suspected exploit privately to [email protected]. Do not continue exploiting it. We may investigate relevant account, game and transaction records and take proportionate action to protect users and the service. A suspected breach alone does not automatically transfer ownership of your funds to us.
10 Breaks and account restrictions
The account settings offer timed exclusions from starting games. These controls apply to that account; they are not an identity check or a guarantee that every form of access is blocked. Do not create another account to get around an exclusion. Contact us if you need help restricting access.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, suspected misuse, a material breach, a legal restriction or a service shutdown. We will explain the action and offer a route to request review where disclosure is lawful. Restrictions should last only as long as their justification remains.
Closing or restricting an account does not by itself forfeit its legitimate wallet balance. Existing withdrawal obligations remain subject to transaction finality, proportionate security checks that do not involve KYC documents, and applicable law.
11 Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, browser storage and Bitcoin transaction information. Our AML Policy describes the rules against financial misuse and the limits of our no-KYC model.
Lounge and Help chat messages are visible to other room viewers. Neither room is a private support channel. Send account, payment and privacy questions to [email protected], without including secrets or identity documents.
12 Complaints and responsibility
Email [email protected] with your username, a description of the issue, relevant dates and a transaction or request identifier where available. Do not include passwords, authenticator codes or KYC documents. You may ask for a review of a disputed account restriction or transaction record. This process does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights or contacting a competent authority.
We must exercise the care required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or control the Bitcoin network. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or deliberate misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer remedies. No blanket waiver or arbitrary liability cap applies to legitimate customer balances under these Terms.
13 Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated before they apply, except where an urgent security or legal change requires earlier action. Updated terms will show their effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an accepted transaction.
Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections continue to apply. These Terms do not require you to waive a right to use a court or authority available to you by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
